Placing an Order 



You may place an order or orders on-line with 4THERIDE 7 days a week 24 hours day!  If the situation arises where you would like to speak with our friendly customer service representative you will have to refer to the business hours that are listed below for 4THERIDE.  Do to call volume we strongly recommend e-mailing us at customerservice@4theride.com if you have any comments, questions or concern. We will get back in touch with you as fast as possible.

4THERIDE takes most major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and Master Card).  To ensure an order is placed properly, make sure all billing fields are filled in proper when placing an order on-line. Availability of Items
 


4THERIDE.COM maintains a live inventory on our web site, what you see on the web site is usually what we currently have in stock. Like any inventory systems there may be slight differences in what our inventory shows and what is actually on our shelves. For this exact reason we do not charge your credit card until the item is pulled, packed and shipped. 

What if I did not receive my entire order? 

Our policy is not to ship any order with less than 70% of the merchandise available without contacting the customer and receiving approval. You will only receive the items that we have in stock; other ordered items will be cancelled or placed on back order. Note: you will only be charged for the items that you have received. If you receive a partial order, your tax and shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
 


4THERIDE will ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. In most cases, orders will be shipped that day if placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time.  Except if ordering a picture, poster or print your order will ship within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completing checkout. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact customerservice@4theride.com. In addition, you will receive an order status email once your order has been shipped to you. 

For some reason if you never receive your order, we ask that you email customerservice@4theride.com make sure your email includes your order number and brief explanation we will get back to as quickly as possible. 


Shipping

How much will my shipping charges be? 

All orders will be shipped via UPS and are handled on an individual basis. When placing an order on-line you will get a shipping charge quote before you finish making the order. Over-sized shipping charges may be applicable to certain orders and will be added as necessary. All over size charges will be applied only after the customer has been contacted.

We will ship internationally.  But fees and shipping rates will be researched prior to the order being filled.  A minimum order of $150 must be placed for international orders.

Return and Exchange Policies

4THERIDE.com is committed to the customer being completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you would like to return the unused product, please follow the guidelines below.

• All items may be returned excluding poster, prints and pictures.
• You have 30 days following the date of purchase to return your items.
• Call or e-mail customerservice@4theride.com for a Return Authorization number (put on all boxes).
• No refunds or exchanges will be excepted without a valid RA #
• Send the unused product back to us insured for the full value.
• UPS or USPS traceable only

Please download the return form and fill it out completely, please make sure to call customer service for your RA #. Once we approve your return you will receive a confirmation email. Below is the address where you should send your returned items to.

This means it is illegal to scan, take a photograph of a photograph or otherwise create a duplicate of an image purchased from 4 THE RIDE Again, if that right is given to you it will be specifically noted in a written agreement. Breaking it down, this specifically means that you may not scan an image, or take a picture of it with another camera or camera-phone, and upload that image to the Internet, say perhaps to "MySpace" or a personal web page. Doing so is a violation of Federal Law and will cost you a lot of money when I catch you. Only 4 THE RIDE is allowed to modify or make a derivative piece of artwork based on an 4 THE RIDE photograph, and all copyrights remain with 4 THE RIDE for derived work. This means any art based on an 4 THE RIDE photograph is copyrighted by 4 THE RIDE automatically and prohibits anyone else from making or copyrighting art based on the photograph. These terms apply to all images created by 4 THE RIDE, whether they were purchased in the past or in the future.4 THE RIDE reserves all rights to its images.
